Where is the Aventure Michelin parking lot located?

Visitors to L'Aventure Michelin are invited to park in the two paid parking lots located nearby.

Are pets allowed in the museum?

Sorry, but pets are not allowed at l'Aventure Michelin, even in a carry bag. The only exception is guide dogs for the visually impaired and people with reduced mobility.

If you are travelling with your pet, you can visit https://app.empruntemontoutou.com/search?type=dogowner to arrange pet-sitting  during your visit to l'Aventure Michelin.

Can I get something to eat on site?

L'Aventure Michelin has a relaxation area with snack and hot-drink dispensers and water fountains. However, picnics are not permitted inside the premises

Can I just visit the gift shop at L'Aventure Michelin?

The l'Aventure Michelin gift shop can be visited without paying admission during museum opening hours from 10:30 am.

You can find a wide range of Michelin and Michelin Man merchandising to please all ages.

Can I park my motorhome in the L'Aventure Michelin car park?

The l'Aventure Michelin car park is suitable for most vehicles, except buses and heavy goods vehicles, for which there are parking spaces on Rue de la Grolière.

Can I sleep in my motorhome in the L'Aventure Michelin car park?

Overnight parking is not permitted in the l'Aventure Michelin car park. However, you can park close to the site, at the motorhome park on Rue Gustave Courbet, 63100 Clermont-Ferrand.

Do Michelin employees and retirees enjoy special rates?

Michelin employees and retirees are entitled to special rates on presentation of proof of employment. The discount applies only to holders of a Michelin retiree badge or card.

Is the museum visit multilingual?

The museum exhibition is bilingual (French/English). The visit is also available in German, Spanish, using the audioguide available at the reception desk or in German, Spanish, Italian and Dutch by downloading the free l'Aventure Michelin mobile app.
