Michelin Group's museum is committed to a quality approach focused on accessibility for all visitors. L'Aventure Michelin is easily accessible, tools have been created to assist visitors and staff are trained to welcome people with disabilities.

True to Michelin values, l'Aventure Michelin is certified to French "Tourism and Disability" standards. Discover below all our adapted offers for visiting the museum and let yourself be transported to the heart of a fabulous story.

Intuitive media for visitors with learning disabilities

The visit is designed for a fun and accessible approach to the history of the Michelin tyre company. An Easy Read (FALC) leaflet is available for download or in paper format at the reception desk.

Special guided visits can be arranged. Contact us to discuss your requirements and plan your visit with us. For optimum visiting conditions, the number of visitors with learning disabilities is limited to 10 people per group.

The visit is fully wheelchair-accessible

The entire exhibition is wheelchair-accessible. Lifts, benches, and folding chairs are available in the exhibition area.

Wheelchairs are provided free of charge at the reception desk. Allow 2 to 3 hours to visit the exhibition.

For optimum visiting conditions, the number of visitors in a wheelchair is limited to 5 people per group visit.

A sensory trail for blind and partially-sighted visitors

A trail has been specially designed using tactile models, audio terminals and olfactory materials. You can visit the exhibition thanks to tandem visit.

Special guided visits can also be arranged. Contact us to discuss your requirements and plan your visit with us. For optimum visiting conditions, the number of blind or partially-sighted visitors is limited to 5 people per group.

Our exhibition design caters for visitors with hearing impairment

For individual visitors, audioguides with headsets equipped with induction loops and French Sign Language (LSF) video guides are available free of charge at the reception desk.

For groups, a French Sign Language (LSF) interpreter or Cued Speech Coder (LPC) can be arranged for your visit. For optimum visiting conditions, the number of visitors with hearing impairments is limited to 10 people per group.
